Our signature sunshirts were created by Islands Against Cancer founder and Charleston native Pat Campbell, Sr. Inspired by his own cancer journey, Pat wanted to create something practical, comfortable, and recognizable that would help warriors feel supported wherever treatment and survivorship took them.
Today, through the generosity of our supporters, Islands Against Cancer provides these shirts free of charge to cancer warriors and survivors as part of our patient support program.

Cancer warriors and survivors are invited to complete our request form to receive a complimentary sunshirt. There is never a charge for those currently facing cancer or living in survivorship.
Please do not submit medical records, insurance documents, Social Security numbers, passwords, or other sensitive medical information through website forms.
